Every year, community water systems across California must produce and distribute a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR). This annual report required under California Title 22 tells customers where their water comes from and whether the system met standards.

CCR water quality documentation for California utilities

At Exodus Water Services, we specialize in preparing compliant, accurate CCRs.

What Is a CCR?

A CCR is an annual water quality report required under Health and Safety Code 116470 and Title 22 CCR 64480-64483, summarizing monitoring results against MCLs.

CCRs must be distributed by July 1 with DDW certification by October 1.

CCR Requirements

  • Contaminant table with MCL comparisons

  • Violation info and corrective actions

  • Water source and treatment summary

  • July 1 distribution, October 1 DDW certification

How Exodus Prepares Your CCR

We manage the full CCR process from data compilation to DDW certification. Our team compiles monitoring data, cross-references MCLs, and handles delivery certification.
